Connecting the dots.
Davina grew from years of working across business, technology, operations and people, and from repeatedly seeing the same thing: businesses rarely struggle because of one broken system. The real disconnection is often between systems, processes, information and the people using them.
That experience evolved into Davina OS, giving businesses a clearer, evidence backed understanding of how they work today. From there, Davina Connect turns that understanding into action through four pillars: Build, Organise, Automate and Enhance.

Meet Dav Kaur
Founder, Davina Connect
For most of my working life, people have brought me the same kind of problem: something that should be working together, isn't.
Sometimes that has meant technology. At other times it has been a process, a communication gap, the way information moves through a business, or simply connecting the right people to one another.
My background crosses technology, business, operations and community organisations. Those different experiences taught me to look beyond the immediate problem and understand what is happening around it.
That way of thinking became the foundation of Davina OS and Davina Connect.
I start by understanding the business, then connect the dots that need connecting.
My Story
My Journey
Unlike many technology consultants, my journey hasn't followed a straight line.
After completing a Master's degree in Computer Science, life took me from India to Kenya and eventually to the UK. Along the way, I built a successful career in accountancy, organised business events, supported community organisations and worked with businesses across multiple industries.
However, each chapter taught me something far more valuable than technical skills alone. I gained first hand experience of resilience, adaptability and the challenges business owners face when trying to grow, manage people and embrace change.
Over time, I found myself drawn back to technology and the opportunities it creates for businesses. As a result, those experiences eventually led to the creation of Davina Connect.
Today, those different experiences shape how I look at businesses. I understand the business first, look at how the people, information, systems and processes connect, and then consider where technology genuinely belongs. That thinking now sits behind Davina OS and Davina Connect.

Why Davina Exists
Most businesses don't have a technology problem. They have a disconnection problem.
A new system gets added. A process changes. Someone creates a workaround. Information starts living in different places. Over time, the business still functions, but the connections between the parts become harder to see.
That is where Davina begins.

Davina Connect then uses that understanding to reconnect what needs reconnecting through Build, Organise, Automate and Enhance.

Businesses are built by people. Systems should make it easier for people to work together, not replace the judgement and relationships the business depends on.

We begin with what is already happening in the business, what is working and what has become disconnected. Change should follow evidence, not assumptions.
Connect before automating
Automation works best when the process underneath it already makes sense. Otherwise, technology simply makes a disconnected process move faster.
Use only what adds value
Not every business needs more software, more automation or more AI. Sometimes the right decision is to organise what is already there.
