1. About Us

2. Our Services

We provide the following services to service businesses:

• AI chatbot setup, training and configuration (Katie, Molly, Hannah)
• CRM pipeline setup and management
• Lead capture and follow-up workflow automation
• Appointment booking system setup
• Ongoing monthly support and maintenance

3. Free Consultations

Discovery calls are offered free of charge with no obligation. During the call we will assess your business needs and propose a suitable solution. No commitment is required until a proposal is agreed in writing.

4. Fees and Payment

• Setup fees range from £250 to £500 depending on the scope of work agreed
• Monthly support fees range from £50 to £200 per month
• All fees are agreed in writing before work begins
• Payment is due as specified in your individual proposal or invoice
• We reserve the right to pause services if payment is overdue by more than 14 days

5. Refunds

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you wish to cancel before work begins, please notify us within 48 hours of your written agreement. Monthly support can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate business information and access to relevant platforms
• Responding to requests for content, approvals or feedback in a timely manner
• Ensuring third-party platform accounts (e.g. GHL, Meta) are in good standing
• Complying with applicable laws including GDPR when using our systems

7. Intellectual Property

All systems, workflows, bot configurations and materials created by Davina Connect remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives a licence to use the deliverables for their own business purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Davina Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our systems or services. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the preceding 3 months.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be published at www.davinaconnect.co.uk/terms.
